This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Kuna Enterprise (“Mood Chillin”, “we”) at moodchillin.com. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States and Ecuador.
United States – USPS
US orders ship from North Bay Village, Florida via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout based on your address and the weight and size of your order, and you can choose among the available USPS services.
Non-perishable items (honey, avocado oil, essential oils) ship within 1-3 business days.
Fresh fruit ships Monday to Wednesday only by an expedited USPS service (such as Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express) in insulated packaging, so it is not in transit over a weekend. Orders placed Thursday to Sunday ship the following Monday. Fresh fruit is not shipped to PO boxes, and may be unavailable to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
Ecuador – free shipping from local stock
Orders delivered in Ecuador ship free of charge from our local stock in Ecuador, so no international customs fees apply. Delivery times depend on your location and are confirmed after you order.

Please make sure someone can receive perishable packages promptly. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or a late pickup. Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery; see our Refund & Returns Policy.
